missingWrote a review on Dec 08poor maintenance
The air conditioning struggled during the night, affecting sleep quality. Check-in was frustratingly slow, compounded by frequent card malfunctions requiring daily resets. On two mornings, hot water was unavailable, which was inconvenient for a winter stay. daily confirmation was necessary to access breakfast despite it being included in the rate, a rather unnecessary hassle.

missingWrote a review on Dec 03slow check-inconfusing breakfast inclusion
My stay was marred by numerous issues. The check-in process was prohibitively slow due to system changes, which added unnecessary frustration right from the start. I found myself repeatedly having to convince staff that breakfast was included in my room rate, which was both awkward and disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Nov 20stunning viewsdiverse menuwonderful staffnight shift
Spent 4 nights in a Premium Quadruple Room. The hotel is just a five-minute walk to the buzzing Nizami street, perfect for exploring. Early check-in was seamless, thanks to a lovely staff member, Ms. Kunol, who found me a bigger room. I appreciated the warm welcome with a fruit basket and a detailed guide for exploring Quba city. The morning housekeeping staff were attentive and provided everything I needed. Breakfast impressed with a diverse menu that changed daily—plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooftop dining offered stunning views of the city, making meals even more enjoyable. I did face some issues. Housekeeping staff during the night shift sometimes ignored calls for bottled water, which required contacting the receptionist instead. This delay was frustrating. a solid stay with excellent amenities but could improve on staff responsiveness at night.

During my stay, I was pleased with how spacious the room felt, especially with great amenities like a big shower head that made the experience even more comfortable. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to popular sights like Nizami Street, which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a lavish spread, and I truly enjoyed the views from the top floor while dining. A criticism, though, is the marble floors in the bathroom. they could use some slip mats for safety. I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and caring staff throughout my visit.

Great for Families with Children
The room we had was spacious, perfect for all of us! The breakfast buffet was open late, it felt like a feast every morning with plenty for everyone, even those who don’t eat meat, you know?
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for, right?

movenpick was a delightful experience! the room had a stunning view. It was spacious and comfortable. the location is great too, close enough to the city center for easy access. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. it was diverse and delicious, perfect for some rest and relaxation with family.
Only mild issue was the elevator access. it could be a bit slow at times.

The hotel's location is ideal, just a short walk from the vibrant Nizami Street and other main attractions, making it convenient for exploration. The helpful and courteous staff stood out, promptly addressing any concerns during my stay. Breakfast offered a delightful spread, featuring delicious Italian dishes that satisfied diverse palates. the front desk could be friendlier during check-in, and the internet connectivity was inconsistent at times. these aspects slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
